PISGAH — Ryder White went five strong innings and Ian Holliday drove in three runs as Pisgah (20-6) blew out Mize (23-5) 11-1 in the opening game of their second round series Tuesday night. Seven different Dragon batters picked up hits and all nine in the lineup reached base. 

The Dragons got on the board early with six runs in the bottom half of the opening inning. 

Pisgah freshman pitcher Ryder White allowed only one earned run on three hits in five innings of work against Mize. White struck out five batters and walked three. 

Pisgah junior third baseman Ian Holliday went 3-4 at the plate with three RBI and a pair of runs scored. 

Mason Huddleston was 2-2 at the plate with two RBI and two runs scored. Senior Colton Coleman also drove in a pair of runs with a double. 

Will Ragsdale took the loss for Mize.
